CNFans as a shopping agent, its archived pages and its notices
What CNFans is, what its own pages said when they could last be read, and what cnfans.com shows today. Every statement about CNFans here carries a date.
What CNFans is
Final say here: CNFans pages
CNFans is a shopping agent, a go-between for people abroad who want goods from Chinese sellers. It takes a link to an item on a Chinese shopping platform, buys the item from the seller in yuan, receives it at its warehouse in China, photographs it, stores it with your other purchases and ships everything abroad on an international line you choose. You pay CNFans; CNFans pays the seller.
That model is why catalogs like this one exist. A catalog helps you find a listing; the agent turns the listing into a parcel. Neither replaces the other, and neither replaces the seller's own page, which still decides price, spec and size chart.

What cnfans.com shows today

On 20 October 2026 at 13:37 Beijing time we requested four cnfans.com addresses: the front page, /register, /help and /estimation. Each answered with an identical page under the title Website Maintenance Notice | CNFans, in English and Chinese. Its visible text ran to 1,037 characters each time and matched the copy saved earlier that day, even though the byte count differed (295,912 against 295,545), because the page carries injected scripts that change from load to load. So we compare what a reader sees, not file size.
The notice says the site has been under “persistent cyberattacks” and is being maintained and upgraded to keep user data safe. No reopening date appears on it. The contact it prints is [email protected].
The page behind this button was the maintenance notice when we last loaded it, on 20 October 2026. The link carries our referral tag.
What the archived home page showed, 23 August 2026
Final say here: CNFans pages
The last full view we have of the shop is its home page as rendered on 23 August 2026. It opened with a search field for product links, followed by a three-step outline of how ordering works, a band of four service cards and a long footer. The footer held the help center categories, payment card marks and logos of carriers.
That structure tells you CNFans ran a complete agent service with its own help pages. It does not tell you the terms on those pages, because only the home page and its registration page were captured. We describe the structure and stop there, rather than guess at what the inner pages said.

Help center categories we can name
Final say here: CNFans pages
Two of the archived help center categories bear directly on what happens when an order goes wrong: Returns and Refunds and Insurance and Compensation. Their presence shows CNFans had pages for both subjects on 23 August 2026.
Before buying, check the current return deadline, acceptance conditions, return postage, storage charges and any insurance terms. A help-topic title or historical promotion does not establish a current entitlement or refund amount.
Official notices and promotions on record
Final say here: CNFans pages
The maintenance message is the only official notice CNFans currently shows. It replaced the whole site, so there is no notice board, no announcement list and no promotions page to read behind it.
We list no CNFans promotions or coupons, because none with dates and terms are on record, and an offer without terms is not something a reader can act on. When cnfans.com returns, notices and promotions it publishes will be logged on our updates page with the date we saw them.

Who runs CNFans, as far as the record goes
Final say here: CNFans pages
The archived pages did not name a company, give an address or state a founding year. For the warehouse they offered a country, China, and nothing narrower. Other figures circulate, such as user counts, a warehouse city and a start date, but they come from sources we cannot check against CNFans's own pages, and some contradict each other, so we do not repeat them.
That is an unusual gap for a business that holds customers' money and goods, and it is worth weighing when you choose an agent. It is not evidence of anything else, and we draw no further conclusion from it.
